Steinway Lyngdorf commits to a new level of support for the Digital Cinema Initiative (DCI) with a collection of speakers designed for the ultimate Hollywood cinema and large format screening rooms. The X speakers are made specifically for both private and commercial projects that demand the highest possible performance. Designed for dedicated in-ceiling use, the X speakers are based on the already high-performing In-Wall Series but offer a more powerful level of performance.
The ultimate bi-amplified solution for immersive height channels
For immersive height channels, the X-261C is the in-ceiling solution, providing a performance upgrade to the IC-26 speaker currently available. The X-262C is the bi-amplified version.

All Steinway & Sons products can be combined for individual Steinway & Sons sound systems and follow our integrated system approach. The chosen loudspeakers are programmed into the processor, and amplifiers are connected reliably using our own digital signal connection. RoomPerfect™ will further acoustically calibrate the loudspeakers to the room. With this integrated system approach, we can guarantee the legacy of absolute perfection that comes with the Steinway & Sons partnership. A perfection which can never be attained mixing products “off the shelf” from different manufacturers.
